At Cross Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and invoices are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
